Default Cold morning lag

i have a n 01 civic and north dakota morings are quite cold (3 days ago it was like 10 below). Starting earlier this winter my car has trouble keeping revs for the first 2 minutes of driving. I havent had any trouble with this in any of my other cars. Is it just because it hasnt warmed up yet, or what? I didnt find any other posts with this topic, but if there is direct me to it.

yeah, probably has a lot to do with the temperature. i usually warm my car up for 10mins, but sometimes when i dont warm it up it feels sluggish. i guess it's normal. i just changed my oil/tranny fluid
