Default gsr front knuckles and brakes with weld racelites

i have some weld racelites, and i plan to use the dss stage 5.9's. the rim is not fitting over the gsr brake caliper. i know i can use spacers, but another question i had is...is there a smaller brake caliper that will fit on the gsr knuckle and rotor assembly?

all the brake calipers for the 10.3" rotor (all integras, civic ex's and si's) are the same. and i wanna use the racelites. ill just have to go with the spacer.

Would the Civic DX brakes work on the GSR knuckles?

You can always shave the caliper a little bit. It should clear just fine then.

from what ive found out, civic ex and si calipers and all integra calipers are the same dimensions (the piston is differnent but caliper size is not changed). so civic ex si and integra calipers are interchangeable.

i plan to but the calipers in the mill and shave a little off. the damn things are so thick anyways.

So the Civic DX calipers will bolt up to a GSR knuckle?

you can interchange civic ex si and all integra stuff, because they all have the 10.3" rotor. other models of civic only have a 9.5" rotor. i know the cx and dx civics have the 9.5", and i know the si and ex have 10.3" rotor. im not sure on the lx civic.

you need to use a spacer.... Bottom line, I did it with my old setup... It will be fine... My advise is to use a spacer made of steel.. If you do use aluminum, make sure to check the torque specs on the lug nuts... You will find that they will become loose due to the aluminium crushing.....
