Not really, the GSR rotor is bigger, so you will need to find a way to move the caliper out further from the center. It is possible, but it'll take fab work with precision. not something I'm willing to tackle. Besides, with a little effort you can get the whole hub and upper arm (including the GSR caliper) for ~$150

Re: gsr rotors civic brakes (jolt-tsp)
well i have the gsr calipers, but im missing one of those small as metal pieces that holds the pad in position. can i just that piece off the civic calipers and put it on the gsr one? they should be the same right?

Integra brakes...gsr isnt special (I know I'll never get to stop saying this...)
If you use the 10" rotor you will need both sides of the integra caliper. To use the caliper you will need ex/em1/integra/del sol si/vtec knuckles.
Pad retainer clips are different sizes (even styles) between civics and integras so you cant use your civic clip.
Its all or nothing

Hahahaha ......... True, you told me that a little while back too.
And what are we talking about here, fornt or rear? IMO it's easier to just buy a whole hub assembly for front or a whole trailing arm assembly for rear, easier to swap.

Because big brake kits are silly unless they come with upgraded calipers. And even then I'd be willing to bet that it will still cost more than putting nsx calipers on
