I've been looking around at some H22 and H23 intake manifolds, and noticed that some actually have the starter valve and some just have it blocked off. Is this do to OBDI/OBDII? I was looking at my helms manual and it says it helps the car, which seems obvious by the name of the part. I was just curious.
