Default My integra type r. please look, but don't touch.

i'll give you all a little background here- i'm in the ohio army national guard for almost 4 years, and in december of '05 they deemed it necessary for my unit to go to germany for a year to be military police. i've been in germany performing my duty as a military police officer since january of '06, and we're schduled to leave here in about a month and a half.

in june of last year a friend of mine was selling his '01 ITR, and i finally had the money so i bought it. well actually i had my dad buy it for me since i'm not there, but i wanted to share with you my car and all the parts that i have bought for it since then.

here's the car-

when i bought it, it had s2k front seats and gsr leather rear seats. yeah, whatever. i sold the s2k seats to Pandahatch. i'm sure some of you have seen his K20 DA build up on here, if not, check it out.

here are some of the parts i have for it.

16" Rays wheels from evasive motorsports. i've since learned that they are some Ford Racing wheels that evasive only had 10 sets of. Rare, JDM, whatever... i don't care what they are, i liked them so i bought them.

red CDM front seats that i bought from 98 ITR (i think)

mugen gen 1 wing from ICBmotorsports-

my caR with my dad's spa yellow goldwing trike-

A pic of my dad's 40k dollar trike with his friend's trike just for fun-

and a pic of me and my german friend playing around in the snow-

i'm really bored, so i just thought i'd give you guys something to look at. here's the rest of the stuff that i've bought and don't have pictures of.

New OEM 98 spec floor mats and trunk mat
OEM ITR bra
New OEM Fog lights
OEM USMD front and rear seats
OEM optional side skirts and rear valences
OEM Gunmetal wheels
JDM Honda window visors
JDM SRS steering wheel
OEM EDM tail lights

i'm REALLY trashed, and it's taken me about 45 minutes to type all this out, so i'd appreciate if you would comment on this. if you've sold me any parts, feel free to take credit for them. i appreciate all the help that this forum has given me over the past couple couple of months, and i look forward to your support for many years to come.

very nice, so have you ever drove the car before, or are you a type r virgin? the car is going to look very nice with the wheels you chose, and those seats are from a 2001 by the way, the only year that came with red interior.

no i've never even seen the car in person. my dad raced for honda back in the 70's and built motorcycles for them, so i trust his judgment when it comes to things like this. and as for the CDM seats, i bought them from ht member- 98 ITR. i know that they're not actually from a 98.

Looks like you've got some nice stuff waiting to be put on the car when you get home, congrats. I like those wheels myself, can't recall seeing them before. Good luck with the new R.

well you made a great decision, you own one of the best production honda's available now, make sure it stays in the garage if possible, these cars have an unpresidented rate of theft. which im sure youve heard.
