94 Integra LS - H22a swap?
I Currently have 2 preludes and am very familiar with the H22a and H22a4
I just bought a 94 Coupe LS and also have all the mounts, axles, and harness I need to drop an H series into it. (friend had it all in his EG for an F22 boost swap he had a while back) avid mounts, custom axles
My question is - Should I go H22a or sell it and go GSR head swap?
What is going to give me my biggest bang for my buck?

My thought is going with GSR head is cheaper save you more work, or you can sell the LS and use that money to buy the H22 and swap that in. I'm sure there are a lot of guys out there that would pick your LS right up
I already have the H22 - so its just a matter of whats better choice.
What do I need to do (should I buy) to increase suspension performance and improve handeling of the teg?

Do you really need peoples opinions on this? Do you ask random passersby what color socks to wear tomorrow too? MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND! If you are familiar with h22s then YOU decide.

Are you joking me? Pull the cob out you a_ _ before you answer people questions please.
Yes I am asking opinions. Hopefully from people who are familiar with both b and h series. I know nothing about b series and have no idea what the potential for the motors is.
Would the b series be a better in the end? Or is the H the way to go?

if you didn't already have everything for an H swap, I'd say no due to the high cost and you could build a great B series for that price. BUT since you've already got it all, go for it.
h22 all the way, i have a gsr and this guy who said run 15's with an h22 is trippen. IM sure stock you can run mid 14's unlike my stock gsr. Plus the weight isnt significant compared to the gained torque of the engine. H22 all the way, plus its way cool stock. !!
to the OP: it all comes down to this: how comfortable do you feel with your ability to take what you got from your guy and put the h22 in your integra? if you're confident in your ability to get it done, and you already have the motor as you stated, DO IT
then sell the motor you pulled out and either save the cash or put it into the h22a and have even more fun

If you do a straight H swap it only costs what...3500 or so total? Thats about a GSR and yields much more savory results. I've really been thinkin about doing this H swap myself...
seeems like an easy answer to me.... you have everything going for the H series and nothing with the b series except a mysterious LS b18b <--- whatever that means??
haha but all kidding aside the choice is obvious..... increased displacement increased power increased potentiall. go with the h22

i say a gsr finding parts for gsr is way more easy then a h22 and a lot cheaper to. unless you already have parts and people you can get it from

thats not different there must be hundreds of people out there that already done that. if being different is what you want maybe you should swap in a v6 like that 1 guy tegra_s2k... thats a joke dont take it serious. h22 swaps is nice though. what is your plans though? turbo, supercharge, n/a? if n/a i would have to say h22
