Is the kit known to leak from using a certain oil filter? I'm using fram and it's started leaking...Has anyone else have had this problem before?

3 car that I know with the G.E kit don't leak

did u take the old rubber gasket off of the old filter

 

it was a fresh motor...never had a filter on..this is the first filter i put on there...

 

that sucks

 

first thing I would change is the oil filter, Fram has been known to break apart and starve rod and main journals of oil...

 

i've been using fram for a while now...i just change the oil and filter...still leaking...dont know what's goin on...I'm wonderin if it's even the kit anymore..can't tell..cause there's oil all over the place...gotta take a closer look....It only happens when i drive..not when i'm at idle...
