EDIT: My 2001 came with one only it does not have the handle cut out. Maybe i'll upgrade to be all Jay-DEE-Em about it....hehe

my **** broke, so i coulda used something like that... instead i went to the local hardware store and bought me some wood and karate chopped it into two pieces that would make a fitting replacement. It's ghetto and fly's around a bit but who cares, eh? i certainly dont give a crap and i dont got an ITR so ghetto is ok.

I just noticed that in another post SurferX has that same trunk cover in his car, did this come stock in USDM ITR's? Most of the Honda/Acura's that i have seen come with fiber board, except for the Gen2 Integra's which came with that same material.

Yeah my 2001 USDM ITR came with that lightweight plastic trunk cover stock. It's real, I guess it saves a couple pounds over the heavy wood cover I had on my LS. Your ITR's didn't come with this?

i compared my hatch lid cover with yoshi's. definately heavier.
Oh well.

Type R's come with them, but not "lesser" integras. No comments on the "lesser" part, please!
My '92 GSR also had the plasticky material. It is nicer not only because it is lighter (saves 1 lb..big deal), but because it doesnt break like the crappy wood one on the GSR/GS/SE/LS/RS.

I've actually thought of having one custom fabricated from aluminium. Lugging around two 80 lb. Mesa combos back there really takes a toll on the stock piece.
