1. Cold Air Intake
2. Header + Exuahst System
3. Dry shot of Nitrous
4. Injectors, Fuel Rail, FuelPressure Regulator, Fuel Pump

Only thing I can suggest that you wont have more than a day of down time on

EDIT:

Also you can remove some parts off you car.
Air Resonator
Space Tire
Rear Windshield Wiper Assembly
Winshield wash pump and resavoir (spelling bad)
a/c if you got it.
Remove power steering if you got it that will save a few pounds and free up some hp

Some agressive camshafts, cam sprockets, and a good port and polish job will add some hp. Tuning is key however. If you want to make major power turbo is the way to go. Want to know why people always say that the best way to make hp is going turbo? Because it is.

pounds yes power not much.

head work (cams, p&p, valvetrain), pistons, rods, intake manifold, throttle body to match port size of manifold inlet, and most importantly TUNING!!! skip the cam gears and put that cash into the tuning process in the form of good engine management.....and as stated before fuel system mods can't do anything but help as well for Red01teg's input

it all hinges on what kind of budget you have and honestly your final aspirations of what you want to get out of the car power and reliability wise

I have the same motor... If all you kare about is more power, the cheapest and most HP gain is NOS. Other then that, since you don't want turbo, the best thing would be to swap the motor. K20(rsx) motors are getting popular now as swaps.
Most cases with NOS, the motor won't last as long with spraying all the time and using it for a dd(daily driver). Trust me, spraying gets addicting, ask anyone. Its a lot safer then back in the day, but it will put a major wear on the motor ans eventually you will have to rebuild or get a new one.

nothing besides nos and turbo will give you any considerable performance increases unless you want to build an ls-vtec. the motor simply does not have enough head flow or displacement to be formidable as a NA motor.

all you are doing is alienating yourself, if you would have just taken it with a grain of salt your thread might be yielding useful info instead of this BS

most ppl pick usernames that describe them or a hobby, not what they like, not that its wrong, but ppl get touchy when the type R comes up

hell if i took a cue from you, my name could be "*******"
