Default New To Forum Having Idle Problem With 95 LX

Im new here so Hello! Im not new to Honda's though I have had much experience in the field of Honda's however this is my first time owning one. I help lots of friends swap and/or work on theirs. I got this thing for a steal and it has over 180K on the clock however it came from Arizone so its pretty mint condition and the only problems I have are with the Idle and gas pedal. First off the idle is at normal RPM about 600-800rpm and when at idle its got a slight miss almost as if an injector is sticking or clogged anybody have any ideas of what to check? I already replaced all of the normal ignition components just for good measure. Also the gas pedal is really stiff is there any way to fix it I have never had a car do this? The car runs and drives perfect any time above idle but once it fully drops to idle its a little rough and you get some vibration I noticed a little wearing of the motor mounts so I should have some urethan inserts tomorrow however that wont fix my rough idle. I checked for vacuum leaks and found none and I wouldn't think it would be the IAC valve because its not pulsing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No its not the jumping idle. Its a slight miss its like a 100rpm little drop every like 2 seconds or so. Its really slight but its annoying and makes some vibration. Its kinda hard to explain.

Possibly run some fuel cleaner through the system.
Are all of the other idle components clear? They can get clogged up. Start at the throttle body maybe?
Also I'm not sure if you know but if you havent had a 2nd timing belt done then you should. The Accords timing belts last 90,000 miles.

i don't know if this is the same problem. iy rpm have a 92 accord and not too long ago i had an idle problem. my would just rise up and down without me touchin the gas pedal. so i checked my iac valve and all the electrical connections around the throttle body. then after researching i finally realize that it was the fast thermo idle valve was stuck close . this only goes bad if its stuck. the function of an fast thermo idle vavle is; when you start your car(in the cold)your car is at 2000rpm. this is because to warm the car faster. when the anti-freeze gets warm your rpm drop until it reaches about 500rpm. when it reaches 500rpm the valve opens. but check everything around your throttle body.

you might want to pull the IAC and blast the screen with some Berrymans B-12 carb cleaner, scrub around the throttle plate with a toothbrush as well.
easy stuff to do, to rule them out as a problem.

A miss at idle is often caused by mis-adjusted valves.

clean fuel injectors, check spark plugs, check cap and rotor, and intake manifold for vaccum leaks

Well I changed the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor and no dice as well as cleaned the **** out of the TB and no luck. I hear a little tick from the cam/valve area so Im thinking it just might need a valve adjustment.
