Ouch. Looks like it was harsh. I only have about 11" on the ground, but it looks like you had a good bit more. Did you also get the ice storm? For us it went 8" snow, 1" solid ice, then about 2" of snow on top in the AM.

We got about 13" of snow (no ice) by my house and a very strong wind so there was a lot of drift and that's why my yard looks the way it looks

It is a retrofit. Those are Lexus HID's and they actually came with the car when I bought it.
No, I did not paint my housings.

Yeah, I know what you mean......
My dad got rear ended yesterday by some punk in Jeep Wrangler and guess what the guy ran away! After he hit my dad (it was on the intersection) he made a left turn and took off. There was no chance of following him in the weather we had.
My dads Accord vs. 4x4 Wrangler? You do the math......
Fortunately there is Full coverage insurance

They measured ten inches at O'Hare, and that's about what I got just north of the city.

The problem was indeed the drifting, with winds 20-30 mph and gusting to 40 mph. If you shoveled your walk, or if the truck came through plowing the streets, it all blew back over within an hour or two. The wind created drifts so that the snow drifted several feet high in some spots, while it kept other spots free of snow.

It's all gone now (and very cold), although they're talking about another 1-4 inches tomorrow night.

Monday is predicted to be the first day above freezing in 23 days. I remember when we broke the record for consecutive days without reach freezing: 44.

I throw a charger on mine every 7-10 days if I'm not driving it.

If you need to buy a battery, the ones at Costco are around $40 and come with a 100-month warranty.
