Explicitspeed motor mounts

My right motor mount is blown (so I think) and I was looking at the Explicitspeed ones. Do they remove the front mount entirely?

I would keep the front mount. If you get the traction bar get the front torque mount

not sure about the explicit speed mounts, but I know the innovative mounts say you can completely remove the front mount.
