I have noticed that several places sell Engine Diagnostic analyzer's that you can plug into the ECU and see what codes and conditions have been recorded. I have seen these from $200 to $4,000 for several different cars. However, I have not been able to find one for the FG2.
Does anyone know where I can fine one for the 2006 FG2?
Thanks in advance.

you want one for yourself? i think that would be kind of pricey...but at discount and autozone and stuff...i think they do free diagnostic's or probably a little fee...but thats local ya know.

Given where I live, my schedule (work and kids), getting out to Autozone or even my mechanics, is a pain in the butt. My mechanics (Dynospot Racing) are only open Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm (work hours for me), and the Autozone around here is a bloody nightmare. Always overcrowded and usually a long line to do anything.
On a weekly basis, I wash the car (unless it's raining), clean the interior, the engine, check the undercarriage, oil, and fluid levels. I though I might add checking the ECU to the list.
With that said, I guess it is kinda overkill. If the tool cost less than a grand, then I might do it, otherwise, I would rather use the money for more mods.
Thanks for responding

I love it. The linear power is a ton of fun. It also sounds awesome from 6,000 rpm and above.
I am in Santa Clara, on the border of Cupertino. I get my gas at the 76 station in San Jose, at the corner of Foxworthy and Almaden Expressway (only place I could find with 100 octane) I usually get gas on Sundays. If you are in San Jose, let me know we can set a time to meet at the station. However, I should warn you, I am an old fart (48), so if we do meet up someplace, don't be surprised. lol
My next goal is 300+ hp to the wheels, but my mechanics tell me I have to wait until a better way to fuel tune the engine is available. Hopefully Hondata will have something out by the summer. We think we can get there easy with the smaller pulleys available from Comptech for the blower, but I do not want to risk blowing the motor with bad fuel tuning. May also need to upgrade some internals, hopefully not the rods.
I "was" looking at adding a NOS system to run on top of the blower. I could reach 300 whp with a 50 shot, but again, my mechanics do not think it would be wise with stock rods. Besides that, NOS is "track only" in California. If I ever got caught with a NOS system, I could forget about ever getting the car re-registered.

simple yet effective obd2 scanners , you can get these at autozone ,... but if you want a full control then you need to buy those big boys kits
( no such brand but im just saying it has to be top dog for better controls , and so those scanners do basic things like scanning )

Robert, I honestly dont think its worth it man. The cheap ones usually end up in the trash can and unless you own a shop or something the more expensive one will sit around collecting dust.
Did you end up getting some gauges ?
Hope you're enjoying the suspension, I'm still loving my HFP setup.
