It'll be fine..Match it with a header with a 2.5" collector and get it tuned and you'll be happy you did it.

im going to run a p28 ecu good enough? lol

you need to get a tune even if you dont have cams?

Ehh you should be able to squeek by..Not on a stock d16 map tho..If you have a gsr basemap you should be fine with I/H/E but if you upgrade cams you deffinately need to tune.

yeah i got jdm gsr ecu I'm going to run p28 chipped in the future.

Then you'll be fine..As long as you keep the butterflies hooked up, otherwise youll get a CEL..i think

no there won't be a CEL light i ran a churches custom ECU on my car before the butterfly just stay open the whole time and vtec hit once, but I'm going to upgrade to a blox in the future w/ the ecu.
