ok so i just bought a new window motor and regulator a week or so ago and i put it in and installed it...but every time i would roll down the window there was a loud clicking noise and then it would finish rolling down

i just disassembled the door again and ive been trying to figure it out the promblem and i think i fixed the clicking part by tightening everything again but now the bottom left side of my drivers window is getting caugth in the track and i have to push it to the right a little to allow it go up..

i really need to get this mess fixed asap

all 3 accords that I have owned have had window probs. I feel It is a major design flaw when compared to how good the rest of these cars are.

 

yeah but it didnt always do this

i messed it up and i cant fix it

although there were 3 or 4 washers i didnt put on could that be the cause of this...

 

you need to loosen the motor again, roll it all the way up, then tighten it down, check all your window motor tracks as well, the ones INSIDE the door

 

If I knew this then I could have fixed my window probs! Damn
