The injectors will be OBD-II and your civic harness is OBD-I. You'll need to use OBD-I injectors I do believe.
For the most part it'll fit (assuming the car is a fellow D series). If it's from a DX you'll have to change the charge pipe, if it's for an Si the mani won't fit, so on and so forth.
It may require a bit of extra "adjustments" but I see no reason why it shouldn't work.
As for the fuel management, it depends on what the kit comes with.

i got about 70k on my motor and want to boost but i dont want to build my motor and i believe it really is the best thing to do... is there anything to no make it last or ect. i do want a b18c bbut isnt the swap a job in a half?
