smog results....got some questions

Average for all cars or the same year, not average for Integras.
Mine passed by 1 ppm for both HC tests, and its a completely stock 00 GSR. Max 60 and 43, measured 59 and 42. I actually was going to fail the test, but the mechanic "accidently" kicked the hose out of the exhaust on the first run through.
Our cars will always have a higher NOx reading, because we don't have an EGR.
