try a engine management system.. it might get u a few horses. if not your only real options in getting good hp is either swap,no2, or turbo.

Simple answer: OBD-IIb cars, especially Hondas, are next to impossible to 'chip'. Best bet is a piggyback VAFC/SAFC or complete engine management system.
