Need some assistance in identifying an ecu part number

I've already checked the ECU FAQ, no info there. Here's the P/N:
37820-P75-A52
I know its an OBD2 ECU. But i'm used to seeing the "A04" numbers too. This has an "A52." I'm trying to get my b18b sway bar certified in CA.
