Default Energy suspension inserts

I am looking to put in the energy suspension rear motor mount in my gsr. I understand its softer than the prothane inserts. All my other mounts are stock, will i get any cabin vibration from using only the ES insert?

save yourself some money and buy 3M windo-weld urethane. $10 a tube and will fill all 3 mounts. just did mine yesterday. did the front two only. had some vibration but not enought to get anoyed by it. one of the best and cheapest upgrade i have on my car. barely any wheel hop now. love it.(make sure you fill it layer by layer because if you fill the whole mount at once the inside will not cure)

and how do plan on removing the mounts once you decide on replacing them?

I replaced my front 2 torque mounts and loved it! As soon as i replaced the rear engine mount, it is a big increase in vibration!!! If you daily drive a lot I wouldn't do it again.
Everything is rattling in my car!

I have the ES inserts in all the mounts. You do not get much vibration, and if it increased then it increased by so little that I didn't even notice it.

how dont think filling them with that stuff will have anything to do with him having a problem removing the mounts again if he ever needed too

I noticed no increased vibration with the rear mounts. I replaced my LCA bushings with the ES bushings because the OEM ones were seized.

I replaced all of mine when I had an integra. the 2 torque mount, and the rear mount. All the ladies loved my car.

I replaced all mine in my old Teg and didn't think it was too bad. I'm willing to sacrifice a bit of comfort for the performance benefits though.
