va emission question
im about to trade my 240 with sr swap for this ls vtec integra and i was wondering if it would pass ?thanks

no it won't pass emissions. (i'm from fairfax county)
First of all, it's using hondata, and a '96 uses ODB2. They won't be able to smog you.
I don't really know about turbos, but I think those have to be CARB in order to pass a visual.
