i want to rev to 8 on it. will i be fine on just aftermarket rods and pistons? if i wanted to rev higher like 9 or so, will it still perform good or should i get a gsr instead?

i searched and found nothing

You only need to resleeve a B20, if your going above an 85mm Bore. Honestly, I would resleeve for anything larger than 84.5mm. If your going extreme bore-size, Your better off sleeving the B18C1 and going with a 86 or 87mm bore. Be careful, because you will run into Head-Gasket sealing issues, which makes this proposition a race-only type thing.

In Closing, you shouldn't have to have a B20 sleeved for 84.5mm and shouldnt have to have an B18B sleeved for 81.5mm.
