Well first off you have to understand a few things.
One is what causes swirlmarks? Swirlmarks are created thru improper washing and drying techniques. If you are using sponges, wash mitts, towels etc. that have fibers that are too coarse will scratch the surface of your paint.
Two is that cleaners, polishes and waxes do totally different things. Cleaners remove minor imperfections and swirls by shaving a micro thin layer of the clearcoat giving a fresh clean surface. A polish rejuvenates the paint with depth and clarity adding gloss along with it. A wax locks in the shine and protects it from the elements while also adding more depth to the finish.
The first step is to buy a bottle of 3M Finesse-It II. It is a slightly aggressive cleaner/polish that will remove most of surface swirls.

Then get rid of whatever your using to wash and dry your paint and go here and buy what you need. http://www.classic-accessories.com
