the EG is way smaller and the EK is bigger
so i can only assume the EG weighs less.

It's apples and oranges man.

THey weigh about the same, come in all kinds of different colors. Both belong to the same Genus. (honda)

But which one suits your tastes?

They are all going to weigh about the same unless you get one of those porker Si's.

Stripped and weight reduced, it'll be even closer.

Which one looks the best to you?

Bro you should go with a EG. I strongly back the EG's, there are many swaps available I think they are pretty light. But thats just my opinion.

Scale weight on my EG Si is 2310 including my skinny ***. So there ya go.

Only difference from stock is the car is minus A/C and a few trim pieces.

You're ******* retarted.

My car (2000 hatch) with me in it weighs about 2450.

driver skill/weight/temperature will make more difference than 100-150lbs

Just get whichever one you think looks better.

To each his own.
