If you've already got the GSR motor just resleeve it, won't need to tap the block, it'll be cheaper and more reliable too.

On average, how much does boring and resleeving cost?

your not taping the block, you have to tap the head and its cake, you dont even have to widen the dowel holes anymore, they make steped dowel pins. but yes i would keep the stock gsr and sleeve it if you already have it.

having done the B20, I'd go with the GSR block sleeved if you have it already. Also, you can go 84mm, no need to go bigger than that.

Of course you could always spend $2k and get a brand new dart block...

i dont think those blocks are even worth the amount of money their selling them for, so much more power can be made out of such less for such less.but then again if youve got the money i guess go for it. get the dart block

Trying to get torque out of a honda is like a 27 yr old screwing a 18 yr old. Its not illegal, but it should be. Honda's have there power in high end, bottom line. Trying to convert a B20 to a high reving monster is just asking for mechanical trouble.

I too would go with Golden Eagle sleeves in your GSR, but no more than 84mm... this gives you room for future mishaps/rebuilds.
Also going with the GSR, you will have a much better bottom end thats way better for high rpms VS the B20 bottem end... the GSR has a girdle that really strengthens it allowing it to go much higher!
Also, the GSR has the piston crown oil squirters that will help cool the piston and keep detonation away especially with the higher compression.

I can pretty much beat anybody's deal on GE sleeves, PM me for details.
