Default 98 Civic Ek b20B Code Problem

Ok I did a B20B swap into my ek hatch and their is a code being thrown out from the ecu Code thread it says its the Fuel Supply System. I was wondering if anyone one else encountered this. This would pop out when i would cruise on 3rd around 4k and same for 4th gear. Right now the B20 is running on a Obd1 P75 with a Step Down Harness The car runs Strong but sometimes as im slowing down when it hits around 3500k - 3 k it would like bog or slow down. And sometimes when I Accelerate to 3500k any suggestion on what this would be??? I thought it was the O2 sensor i replaced it with the other one i had and nothing. And recently the check engine would pop on when I warm up the car.

Recently I got an External Coil (Msd SS coil) and Pro Cap. But the Problem was occuring before this.

This is everything thats on the car

B20B
Ls OBD2 Intake Mani
B16 Headers
O2 Sensors Wired Both O2 sensors Together so it can work as one
Skunk 2 Step Down Harness
OBD1 ls ECU

Today i was at a light and i was Idling at around 100 k then all of a sudden it turned off. Then after awhile it would idle around 1200k and go down to like 100 K then back up to 1200K then back down to 100. What can this be?????

check that your injectors are clean and not blocked up or dirty

well i work for Firestone and early in the swap i did a FUel System Cleaner to my car so i dont think it that but i will try it and clean up the injectors again. and im using a DX harness juss needed to modify the Idle control and thats it. I really think with the FPR i might help but i need juss a little bit more info on this CEL and if anyone has had it .
