Just felt like getting some new topics up, I always here people talking about color and saying that the PY,NHB & FBP aren't real Type R's Can anyone explain why this comes up I dont see or feel any difference. I no theres not I just want to see what everybody says and what ther feelings are about the colors. JUST FOR FUN

That is incorrect. Only the black ones are fake.

Yeah its true... everybody says its fake because is faster then all the other colors so they need to make up some kind of excuse.

I'll take a shot in the dark and say that Championship White was the only color to be offered EXCLUSIVELY to the R trim. PY and the to black colors were offered to other models. Hell, my gf's DB is NBP

That's because the "lesser folk" loved *BP so much they demanded it for their cars.

Theres a reason why they made more PY. A reason why there are more non ITRs being painted PY than any other color.

 

I believe that The 00-01 ITR was the <u>only</u> honda car that came in Phoenix Yellow. Thus, it's the best.

 

They call it Championship White for a reason you know.....

When I ran a car fax on my Type-R before I bought it, the information came up as follows:

"Make - Acura
Color - Phoenix Yellow
Model - Integra Type- ... Glorified GSR, way to spend too much money for a slow Integra dumbass."

So I bought it.
