cam choice depends on alot of things like compression, stroke, power goals...etc
if you are asking these questions, do not go out and just buy a cam because it is cheap or because someone on the other side of the computer tells you one is better than another.
example:
do not buy an aggressive cam with stock compression. You will more likely than not be unsatisfied with the results. NA isnt like boost. In order to have a GOOD build, each part must work well together.
