I ran full interior including spare, jack etc, little less than 1/2 tank gas no lowering tire pressure no funny stuff. Completely stock CX no ac no ps. My best run was actually my first run, 16.805 at 82.5 with a shity 2.5 60'. All my runs were in the low 16.8s except for one 16.9. I couldnt get better than a 2.4 60, those pos 185-65-14 firestones wouldnt hook for ****. It didnt help that i have no tach and didnt really know where i was launching I also got a chance to weigh her, 2250 w/o me once again full interior including spare just under 1/2 tank. Honestly i was expecting 17s so i was pretty happy. Now where is my H22

heh thanks for the props Honestly it really didnt take any ***** to run. Im sure the people who own the track dont care what you run whether it be 18s or 12s as long as you pay the entrance fee. And i really couldnt care less about the opinions of ignorant people at the track who look down on you because you have a slower car or because your car is a certain brand. Go out and have fun, thats what its all about
I have a 3 month warranty on this car so i will not be swapping until probably the end of the year. Until then im just gonna ejoy driving around a stock car for a while. Hrmm maybe i should gut the car borrow some real tires and go back next week. I bet i could run at least a 16.5

 

WOW, you got that cx pretty fast, i have b16a in mines and the trap speed is around 94-5mph, is yours stock?
