ITR throttle body fit on a B18B intake manifold ?

ITR throttle body fit on a B18B intake manifold ?
Going to prob get the Venom intake manifold for my B18B ... it excepts up to a 66mm throttle body
will a ITR 62mm throttle body fit ? no problem with the different sensors or whatnot on the TB ? also there shouldnt be a problem with me having a local machine shop bore it 4mm to the 66mm spec is there ?
