just installed springs and struts 2001 GSR and now the ABS light is on.
Is this a common problem? Everything was in proper working order beforehand. Just curious on what I should look for in order for it to go away.
Would it be as simple as taking the battery cable off and putting it back on?

My light comes on and goes off every once in awhile randomly. I have seen many threads with people saying it was the sensor that was messed up. It's pretty common from what I see
you should check for sensor alignment if its not seated properly the light will come on, they need to be almost perfect to work right, its happems on my DA all the time when i chance suspension setups, its a pain in the *** but that prolly what it is

Have you pulled the codes to find out why the light is illuminated? Check the FAQ thread for instructions. Or you can keep guessing until you stumble upon the problem or just pull the cluster light.

I fully understand that, you pull the ABS light codes the same way that you pull a CEL. The code will tell you where the problem.
