I have a 1990 civic dx hatch it was being driven from Rhode Island to New York and it quit working near the mass., n.y. border. The distributor was recently replaced and the wiring also and it got a new fuel filter all before i bought it. There is one thing though it looks like the fuel filter was never mounted right and was zipped tied up,so I need help figuring out what to fix/replace?
