i'm sure its possible, but as with any rare swap, its going to be a lot of work and rather spendy....

Judging by your post and general automotive knowledge, you'll have nowhere near the welding / fabbing skills to complete a swap like this. Fuhgeddaboudit.

It's kinda hard to be different, when you have no idea what you're doing.

I don't recall him saying anything about wanting to actually do this swap. If I do recall him saying "I am just wondering." So, shut up!

You're going to need a lot moe than that. This isn't a question of simply dropping the motor in. J-series are physically too large, and heavy to fit in your engine bay. Unless you plan on ripping out the firewall? Not to mention your half-baked laundry list of parts ( GL sourcing an 03 CL-S tranny?)

It has been done though. Search for the NSX -powered civic that was in Super Street a few years back. ...[offence removed]

good luck finding the tranny for sure the closest i could find was the c35a engine from the rl its only 800, you still gata find a tranny axles etc. you still gata find someone who'll give you a quote to do it, , the biggest swap that should be done in a teg is a b20, even a h22 seems like over kill

da_33 that did seem like a vague list of parts, unless its like another b-series motor you can just go droping **** in and expecting it to work right off the bat

Hmm so, you can throw together a parts list, you're 18, you don't have that much experience,
Putting that type of engine isn't like throwing an H into your integra.

With all the welding/fab work you would have to do,
Plus all the money that would need to be spent, you would never be able to do it on your own.

Unless your parents have extra deep pockets, you can't put that engine in.

it is possible... but your talking about one of those swaps that you would spend a lot of money on to complete it... the best way to go if you have that money is to build your bottom block and your head and then get a turbo and boost the **** out of it if you want power... youll spend less money doing that and 100% sure it would be faster too

Agreed. If you wanted to do a swap start with something that is a direct bolt-in and go from there. if you try and tackle something like this you'll end up with a garage full of parts and no money.

haha trust me your not going to be on this site for that much longer if you keep talking like that... youll be band out of this site soon dont worry... and your 18 i bet you still live with your parents working at some job that pays less then 10 an hour... what makes you think you can do this swap?... i know your parents cant be all that rich if your brother got a accord or cl or what ever your talking about and you most likely got a stock integra thats most likely a auto that runs no better then 15s if your lucky... next time try asking smarter questions and learn how to respect people with more post and still have a high percent... if you was smart you would know to keep that high % with that many post it means that they helped out h-t with useful posts for other people... h-t is not a place for mature little kids like you... have a nice day and GTFO!!!!
