Default OT: well sort of need advice bad!

I know theres the big *** thread on shooting somone for stealing your R.

Well this has came to my attention that a friend of mine knows the 2 guys that stole my r. I now know that they are over 18. They still have my DVD/CD Collection of 10g.

Question for you guys what should i do. I have 7 months of anger built up from having it stole before a depolyment. They still been stealing left and right more cars. What should i really do im not going to shot them but i reall would like to hurt them but legal actions for being active marine would put me in jail.

1. bait them with a fake r, video tape theft turn in.

2. just beat the living crap out of them

3. leave it alone

Call the police? I'm sure there is still an open police report on your stolen car, tell them you know who did it, and they have your CD's to prove it. Who knows, maybe they have parts of your car still in their posession and you'll nail em.

In all honesty, the court system in general has failed IMO. The police will not do ****. If you do happen to get them and it goes to court, they will serve no jail time.

Get together with some friends and beat those ***** within an inch of they're lives and be done with it. People remember pain.

This reminds me of an interesting story,

I was at a club one night with a friend, he's kind of into drugs, but thats besides the point. Anyway, I see home talking to a guy who had two black eyes, missing front teeth, and a neck brace on. I'm thinking "wtf?!?!" He comes back and says "I scored some **** for later tonight". I roll my eyes and the night continues on.

We got back home and I was getting ready to go to sleep when he starts to get out his "purchase" when he takes it out of the plastic bag he finds that he just paid $20 for some pine leaves and fake grass.

Some people don't remember pain.

not sure how it would work but why not just walk over there, get your stuff (smack them around if necessary), and call it a day.

i don't think you can get in trouble for getting your own items and i highly doubt they would call the cops.

oh yeah, you should probably stop posting any more details on a public forum. From here on out it's all premeditated.

"i don't know what got into me officer! I must have just snapped and beat those kids until my arms got tired"...... sounds much better doesn't it?

Louie~ who waits for a pm about the aftermath.

let me start by saying that i'm a military police officer. i'm in the army, but i can't imagine that the marines would be too much different in this aspect.

if you decide to take matters into your own hands and you get caught in the process, or someone calls the cops on you, you will be in a world of ****. not only will you face punishment from the civilian side, but you'll also face UCMJ action. which means that whatever fine that you receive in civilian court you will have to pay for from your reduced military pay. i guarantee that you will lose rank and quite a substantial amount of money if you get charged with aggravated assault.

however, if you choose to take it to the police, be it civilian or mp's (i don't know if your car was stolen on post), you will have to have some kind of proof that what they have in their possession is yours. i.e. receipts, pictures, VIN tags from parts, whatever, or they probably won't do anything.

so you have a couple options-

1. take it to the police if you have some sort of evidence/proof and hope they'll do something about it.

2. beat the **** out of them, MAYBE get your stuff back, and hope you don't get caught.

3. do nothing. shitty alternative, but better than losing a lot of money and/or going to jail over some dvds.

just my 2 cents though.

In for the aftermath...sadly enough, I'd do the same thing. I cant stand theives...

You have the chance to do something EVERYONE wishes they could once their car is stolen...you know who did it...payback time

well, should you seek your revenge somehow don't go posting it on the internet It seems like common sense, but hey, we're discussing this in a public forum.

or you could take it to the other extreme since the OP seems bent on destruction ... kill everyone, no witnesses

Wait for the justice that always comes around, eventually.
Or risk your freedom and financial well being for a couple of douchebags not worth the sweat off of a *******.

if your friends dads a cop then have him set up a raid of his house? if you can clearly without a doubt see the stuff in his possession (not word of mouth) then i dont see the judge having any problem signing the warrant request.

i did it for a friend that had his rims stolen off his car here on the boards. made contact with seller, checked out rims, noticed identifiable markings on rims, took some photos. in 3 days raid was done , car towed , rims taken off and given back to owner.
