I just installed the Skunk2 short shifter w/ **** on a 95 gsr. It came with one bolt, two washer, two spacers and one big spacer. My question is do you use all the hardware? or has anyone able to use it all? When putting on the two spacers along with the big spacer(one spacer on one side of the shifter and the other little spacer along with the big spacer). It would not fit so i had to take the one of the small spacers out and it fit(the one on the big spacer side).

I just want to make sure because at one time I sandwiched my shifter rod to put in a b&m shifter that didn't have any spacers and I had to bend it back out so i could put the stock shifter back on. I'm thinking i didn't bend it out far enough because the stock shifter when sliding onto the shifter rod was a little tight. I have searched and searched and couldn't find the right answer. Pixs would be greatly appreciated.
