code 5 keep getting and car wont idle...

Default code 5 keep getting and car wont idle...

did a dpfi to mpfi swap and now cant seem to keep car idling....just wants to die at a stop sign and getting code 5...any help be nice htanks...also getting code 20 what can I do to get rid that code???

code 5 should be vaccum hoses. Check them carefully. Code 20 is electric load. That sounds bad.

ya code 20 I was thinking just redoing the gorund and if that dont work, I just get a 88 or 89 ecu and get rid that code :-)...but still stuck on code 5...hoses are correct, not a noob at that haha...please help

vacuum hose mix-up....just tired working on it and over looking the small things...but car still idles terrible :-(

told you it was the hoses. Same thing happen to me, my dad told me it has to be the hoses. It took me about a month to find out that one hose was out of the connecter. one hose made my car idle really high. good job man. If it idles terrible still just check the hoses out. Did you get new hoses?

I check that valve pulled it off and spray it out with brake cleaner and still same thing....any other tips???
