Default EACV/IACV Problem...Can this be fixed?

I have been driving my car with the Check Engine Light on for quite some time...I need to get rid of it, but I don't want to pay over $200 for an EACV (aka IACV) Is there a way I can either clean it out or fix it so that it doesn't make the check engine light come on anymore?

Right now it's not searching for idle speed but when I first turn the car on it idles the way it should then after a few seconds the check engine light comes on (EACV Code)and the motor's idle speed lowers and almost bogs out. I usually have to keep my foot on the accelerator until it reaches normal operating temperature. In order for the car to stay on. After reaching normal operating temperature it doesn't turn off or bog down at all. Can anyone help?

Recently (4 days ago) I just:
Changed Spark Plugs
Applied Gas Treatment/Injector Cleaner
Changed Fuel Filter
Changed Oil
Changed Oil Filter

this thing is spring loaded.

I guess the spring gets old and starts to mess up.

I don't know but I changed mine. I had 300,000 miles on mine.

It save very old..

The eavc may not be bad its self try running a wire directly from your ecu clip to see if that fixes it.

I cant exactly remember what pin it is on the clip but you can search for it.
