Default f22 crank in a h22a

I'm about to rebuild my h22a block and wanted some input.......I've heard can use a f22 crank on the h22, if so is it really worth doing it just trying to get everything out of this build as I can.
I'm for sure going with type s pistons and stock rods.....
let me know waht you guys think

yes you can, you'll need the rods to go with it (same as H23 rods) if you're using the type-s pistons. you'll also have to hone out the small end of the bore I believe also. < someone back me up on that.

in that case you'd want to bush it. I was just reffering to pressing it in, and if I remember correctly the wrist pin on those is .001" bigger so you'd want to hone out .001" on the small end of the rod to avoid too much press fit right?
