Had it started and running about a week ago. Until the Hose to the map sensor came off and the car started to sputter. It sputtered for about 2 days and i finally figured out that the MAP sensor was loose and went ahead and plugged it back in but now the car wont start. It'll turn over but won't start. I'm wondering if it may be and o2 sensor, left the hose to the MAP sensor off for too long, somethin else causin it to not start? It was fine before the map sensor hose came loose. and now it won't start. Any suggestions?

 

I dont think it has to do with that map sensor. Are you or were you throwing any codes with it unplugged or when it was plugged in?

 

it was throwing 23 and 5 . which was knock and map. now that its plugged back in, it doesn't throw anymore codes but still won't start. but the first two days the map sensor hose was unplugged it was running but sputtering. third day i finally got it plugged in car wouldn't start up.

 

try looking and making sure that you didnt bump a ground loose int eh engine bay some where. its a shot in the dark but it could lead to the answer...
