hey everyone ... i baught a new a/c compressor ... i was just wondering what i have to do to install it .. just drain the system ... and take the old compressor off and put the new one on ?

or do i have to put oil in the compressor .. and do some other things ?

go to autozone and buy at least a haynes manual for about 10 bucks and has alot of the proper maintenance and installation procedures. but i'm pretty sure you have to but some sort of lubricant before you charge the system. but they sell recharge cans that already have oil in there as well.

 

i have the manual ... it just say do the reverse of installation... i guess ill just do that .

and how much oil and what kind of oil would i have to use ..
