why do you want to make it an SH? its just more trouble

besides i think the sh engine bays are different to fit the ATTS unit

Nope engine bays are the same, the suspension is a little different in the front but not much. Dont bother with a ATTS swap into your car, it will be a huge pita. It would probably require you take a front clip and swap the suspension, motor, tranny, ecu, atts ecu and i think that there are some sensors in the steering column that feeds info to the atts ecu about steering position. If i were you I would get a Type-S SiR swap and do that for the LSD and 11.1 compression you would be plenty happy with that.

thanks for correcting me and i think your talking about the SIR S spec not the type S that came with ATTS witch would still be like putting a Sh swap in his lude

if you dont want to spend the extra money on getting a better motor and trany like the SIR S spec you can just leave your motor alone and swap that crappy auto trany for a base 5 speed trany and put a quaife LSD in it

Sorry for poor info... I bought a half stripped 00 lude that had auto motor before. It had no seats and no motor. Then i bought a lude that is a 99 and it is a SH (hit in front). So i allready swaped the wiring from the back bumper to the front bumper. and the SH motor is allreaddy in. Im just having truble setting up the stupid clutch pedal

oh ok then i hope the ATTS doesnt give you too much trouble

and as far as putting the pedal in, i would ask my mechanic who did it to my car when i had it swaped to a 5 speed but hes on vacation right now

Precisely the reason why Im just waiting to buy a new car instead of doing the swap...such a pain...

It's not a pain if your a DIY kind of person. Plus who wants to swap out all of the parts you spend time and money on from your old car to your new car. Keep your car man. 5speed swap is easy as long as u have all the parts you need.

Was there not a cover over where the clutch cylinder should have been?

ya there should have been a cover held there with 2 bolts that you remove to get your hole.

There is a cut out on the material that covers the firewall in the shape of the MC, you take the gasket from the MC and put it in the cut out and trace with the marker. Then cut them out and make sure to get the spacers or shims, because your going to have to do it. Also if you cant figure out how to get the car to turn over PM me and I can help you out because they left out how to wire the safety switch for the starter.
