ITR Pistons ?

ITR Pistons ?
I'm gonna go check out a LS block with ITR pistons tomarrow . Is there anything I should look for in terms of **** broken and how do I know if its real ITR pistons ? There's a stamp on the top - I searched it and I looked in a couple of threads but nothing about the piston code for it.
Any help would be appreciated- I don't wanna pick up a FCUKED block!

pistons will say p73 on them. make the guy pull the pan gasket off look insde make sure it look's ok. and theres no cracks or holes in the block obviously lol
