Default Cold Air Intake? Header/Exhaust Opinions

Just picked up an R today, was too good of a price to pass up.

I'm looking online for a cai aem intake but I've only found listings for gs/ls/gsr
I know a friend of mine had an aem intake on his (version1) with the split half way up and a bypass valve, basically the same thing I'd like to get for mine. Is there a certain one that I need to order that will work?

Also looking for some suggestions on header/exhaust combo
Pics of the exhaust if you can, I have an N-1 on my 00 Si and I'm happy with it, just for reference.

Thanks in advance for the help/suggestions.

There is an ITR specific AEM intake. Intakes made for other models will not fit properly.

Found the part# on AEM's website for the type r intake and got it ordered.

As far as pictures, broke my digital camera awhile back, haven't felt the urge to spend another 800 bucks for a new one.
