If you look at pic of the throttle body I linked above, notice directly below the throttle cable linkage place. It's the straight tube. It looks like a vaccum tube going somewhere. On my 99 ex, it's just there and nothing is connected to it. Is there suppose to be something connected to it or is it suppose to have a block off like one of the vaccum lines in the pic? I just noticed it not long ago and it kind of bothered me.

Do be mindful as this was the best pic I find and it was a type r intake but it looks exactly like my ex y8 one.

thats a bypass for coolant to go on the iacv thare is a hose connected to it from there to ur manifold

 

The two on the bottom are coolant passages. The one on top could be the carbon canister purge. If you have removed the C can then no, just put a cap on it.

Check out the vacuum diagram on the bottom side of your hood, It might show all the vacuum lines.

 

When I bought the car, the hood must've been replaced and repainted with no labels underneath. Can anyone pop up a diagram or link to one so I can see what your talking about? Thanks for the info so far!
