gsr swap question

Default gsr swap question

i just purchased a jdm gsr to swap into my ek i know i have to combine both the gsr and the ek harnesses will it work with the jdm gsr harness or do i need a usdm harness

You can extend some wires on the JDM harness or plug a USDM harness right in.

use your stock harness and search, its been covered ALOT of times

use your stock harness and run the wiring for the following:

-3 wire IACV to 2 wire
-IAB's
-VTEC solenoid and pressure switch wiring
-knock sensor wiring
-O2 extension harness

Actually the GSR motor prob won't have a VTEC pressure switch so you could just bypass this by grounding the signal wire unless you plan on using the JDM oBD2 GSR ecu
