car wont start

dammm guys i still cant start my car, for some reason im not getting any spark, before i was getting spark 1 out of 5 times and now its not sparking at all, i took it to get tested and they told me its working fine, but still no spark.... i just replaced my engine harness with a new one, my underdash was replaced as well, the only thing that i think could be wrong is , me accidently cutting my cluster harness.. so i dont have my cluster hooked up, 
16 pin clip-left under dash

this blue one was cut to so its not there now-main fuse box-left underdash
could that be a reason why my car wont start??... all its doing it cranking....
i have fuel but no spark....
my computer is giving me code 15...
help me plz guys... in need of help real bad...

OOoooo yah and by the way the motor i put it was a OBD2 D16Y7, which i converted to OBD0... theres a few people that have told me that it wont work cause the motor needs either a OBD1 or OBD2 ecu, is the OBD0 dizzy ok??

i changed the intake manifold i used a D16a6 intake manifold, as well as with injectors, cable transmission, OBD0 distributor, OBDO alternator, and a crx si ecu..

Im just going to throw this out there for you..
In order for you to get help, it is very hard for us to do it without being there.
I just went through a swap last weekend, and the last thing Id want to do is ask for help on here about a pretty technical thing.
I think your best bet is to take your loss, and take it to a local tuner to finish or continue reading and hope the hell you figure it out yourself....
