Went from 3rd to 2nd, now hardly can get into any gears and it grinds....

What is your clutch doing? Try to bleed the clutch system and replace the fluid. I have had problems with it. If you can get into gear while it is parked see how far you can let out the clutch pedal before it engages. It should be at least 1/2- 3/4 if the clutch is engaging ok it might be the synchros. If you zinged it, I'll guess broken springs on the clutch disk, or busted pressure plate.

Ended up being the pressure plate. I broke all the rivets that hold it together. What a relief! Ryan
