so my cross member cracked around my back engine mount and i finally got ahold of a new cross member so i started disassembling it today. ive got most everything off accept where the steering is connected to it i was wondering how to disconnect this and getting the cross member off because it is stuck between the catalyic converter and the shift linkage i was wondering if i have to take those off to drop it or not? ill supply pictures tomorrow because of no daylight.

thanks in advance!~

You disconnect the steering column from the inside, and you'll have to drop the front part of the exhaust to the ground.
