Default Weird creeking noise coming from rear passenger side.

95 accord lx 2dr.

I just noticed this creeking noise coming from the passenger side this afternoon... I cant really tell whether its my door or the suspension. I took a look at the rear shocks and springs... nothings looks out of the ordinary. The sound only creeks when I am driving.

Any ideas?

Here are some possibilities, dude:

Loose jack or spare or spare cover or the back of the back seat

Worn or loose shock

does it make the noise when you go over bumps or dips in the road? if so, could just be rubber bushings... i dont know what ones but that's what i found out on here from some similar problems. maybe it was sway bar bushings?

I'd say to try spraying the sway bar bushing with some silicone; then test drive to see if the noise has changed or gone away. if that is the problem you can remove the swaybar bushing and coat the 'inside' of it with silicone grease.

Cracked me up; When I was a rookie tech my Service manager got me to ride in the backseat of a customers car to try to help find a noise; Big THUNK when cornering; after putting it on the lift, as he directed, and checking all the suspension, I lowered the car...opened the trunk and found a 1/4" steel plate standing on edge in the side pocket slot.

I never let him live it down either!
