Default Help?

I have a honda civic type R , year 04 ... and i'm goint to put on an K&N air filter and i wonder if the car loses some power? i read somewhere that the car looses about 10 hp ... is that possible?

Im sure you will get flammed for posting a topic title like that being that there is an entire Topic on how you shouldn't post one like that, but I would think you would get more help in a different forum being that Civic Type-R has a k20 motor and most of the people here are d17 experts

and live in america. (except for UK guy)

If u want k20a info, go to k20a.org, or hit up the RSX section.

If you're in Europe or the UK, go for the Gruppe M kit. It's not cheap but it's supposed to be excellent. It's basically the same as the Spoon version, only a lot cheaper.

im plan to buy a muffler but idk which one will fit so that i wont have to cut the bumper so it can fit

^ haven't seen of any that you have to cut the bumper to fit. unless you buy some cheap muffler and have someone weld the hangers wrong.
